Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Premier Kitchen Hub. These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of kitchens, bedrooms, and living room products and the associated design services offered by our company. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms:
1.Defenitions
- "Company": Premier Kitchen Hub.
- "Customer": The individual or business purchasing Goods or Services.
- "Goods": Products such as kitchen units, worktops, and bedroom or living room furniture.
- "Services": Includes design consultations but excludes installation unless otherwise stated.
2.Orders
2.1 Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing. A signed quote or email confirmation is considered binding.
2.2 Changes to Orders: Any changes must be communicated promptly and may incur additional costs if production has started.
3. Pricing and payments
3.1 Pricing: All prices are as stated on the order confirmation and include VAT unless specified otherwise.
3.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your order.
3.3 Payment Terms: The remaining balance is to be paid:
- The final balance before delivery.
3.4 Non-Payment: We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order for non-payment.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery Dates: Estimated delivery times will be provided but may vary. The Company is not liable for delays beyond our control.
4.2 Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure access to the property for delivery. Additional charges may apply for restricted access or redelivery.
5.Design and specifications
5.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate measurements and details.
5.2 Approval: Designs and specifications must be approved in writing before production begins.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
6.1 Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 14 days of confirmation. After this period, deposits may be forfeited, and additional charges may apply for work already completed.
6.2 Returns: Goods can only be returned if faulty or damaged upon delivery. Faults must be reported within 7 days.
6.3 Non-Returnable Goods: Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are faulty.
7. Warranty
7.1 Goods Warranty: All Goods are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Extended warranties may be available on selected items.
7.2 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover wear and tear, improper use, or damage caused by third-party alterations.
8. Limitations and liability
8.1 Liability: The Company is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses.
- Delays caused by third-party suppliers or events outside its control.
8.2 Maximum Liability: The Company's liability is limited to the value of the Goods purchased.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.

11. Events
Our events will sometimes have a glass of champagne available, this is only to be offered to those 18+ we a=may also offer sweets and snacks with these, subject to availability. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the drinks/food on offer meet their specific allergen requirements or sensitivities.
